Roseanne Hope concentrates her practice in commercial real estate transactions. She has extensive experience representing clients in the development, construction, financing, leasing, land use, acquisition and sale of numerous office, industrial and shopping center properties in Minnesota and across the United States. Her clients include major retail developers, renewable energy providers, corporate office and industrial users, and national banks.
Roseanne's experience also includes advising clients on land use, development and property management matters and representing clients in all real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She has also presented at several real estate continuing legal education seminars, has handled numerous pro bono real estate matters and is very involved in the community. |
