Rosemary Culcasi is an associate of the firm in its Real Estate Department. Previously, Ms. Culcasi was an associate with another major New Jersey law firm. She has experience in all areas of community association law, including the review and interpretation of community association governing documents, and attendance at association board meetings, as well as preparing motions, trial appellate briefs and opinions on various legal proceedings. A graduate of Moravian College (1993), Ms. Culcasi received her law degree from Quinnipiac College School of Law (1996). She is a member of the American, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Ms. Culcasi is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. |
