Rosemary McCabe's primary areas of practice include first party insurance defense and coverage opinions, construction defect coverage litigation and complex civil litigation. Her prior career in property and casualty insurance claims for major personal and commercial lines carriers gave her extensive experience in claims investigation and evaluation, as well as litigation management.
Before joining Lindow & Treat, Ms. McCabe was an associate with the law firm of Sessions & Sessions, where she concentrated in business tort litigation, commercial leasing litigation and general civil litigation.
