Rosemary Moore is senior vice president - Corporate and Government Affairs for United. Moore joined United in November 2002 and is based at the company's headquarters in Chicago.
Moore is responsible for the airline's government relations, corporate social investment and corporate communications, including media relations, employee communications and investor relations. She supports United's business objectives through strategic communications while working to enhance the company's global image and reputation.
Moore previously served as Vice President of Public and Government Affairs for ChevronTexaco Corp., the United States' second largest energy company, with responsibilities similar to those she holds at United. Prior to the merger of Chevron and Texaco in 2001, Moore served as Texaco's Vice President of Corporate Communications and Government Affairs.
Before joining Texaco, Moore served as an independent communications consultant, and previously was Corporate Vice President - Corporate Communications for Seagram Company, Ltd., in New York, where she transferred after serving the company in the United Kingdom.
Moore currently serves as the chair of the United Airlines Foundation. |
