Rosie is counsel at the law firm of Pillsbury, Winthrop, Shaw, Pittman and has the unique distinction of having held high-ranking positions at both a federal bank regulatory agency and a state banking department. From mid-2000 through August 2003, Rosie served as the General Counsel of the Department of Financial Institutions of the State of California. From 1980 through 1997 Rosie served in the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the last five years as the Western District Counsel. Rosie has served as a member of the Asset Liability Committee of the Chevron Texaco Federal Credit Union since early 2005 and was the Chair of the San Francisco Bank Attorney's Association in 2004. She currently serves on the California Bankers Association Task Force on Corporate Governance, and on the State Bar Financial Institutions Committee. |
