Ross H. Mandell is the Founder, Architect, and Chief Executive Officer of both Sky Capital Holdings Ltd. and Sky Capital Enterprises, Inc. In this capacity, Mr. Mandell offers his invaluable expertise in nurturing early stage companies through various rounds of venture capital raises to IPO or acquisition. As an expert in capital formation and emerging growth strategies, he has lead or participated in dozens of private placements and IPOs in a broad range of industries including technology, healthcare, and financial services. Mr. Mandell co-founded Roan Capital Partners, a NASD registered broker-dealer. After leading and successfully managing its rapid growth, Mr. Mandell sold his interest in Roan. He has served as a senior executive at investment banking firms including D. Blech and The Thornwater Company. Mr. Mandell started his career in the financial services industry as a top-producing broker, working at such firms as Oppenheimer & Company and E.F. Hutton. He has a Bachelors degree from the University of Maryland.
