Mr. Mishkin specializes in providing complex claims consulting related to asbestos, pollution, and human health exposures (APH). His experience includes insurance claims analysis related to asbestos and silicone breast implant claims; valuation of insurance claims related to mass tort and product liability matters; financial damages analysis related to environmental litigation; management of large, multi-party settlement proceedings; and development of innovative and robust insurance policy allocation models for long-tail liabilities.

Ross has testified at trial related to damages and has represented clients in mediation proceedings. He has extensive experience in a variety of matters relating to damages analysis, dispute and claims consulting, and structured settlement negotiations.

Prior to founding The Claro Group, Ross' previous professional experience included director of program management and corporate development at EC Outlook, a fast-growing software company, and senior manager in the Economic & Financial Consulting group of Arthur Andersen.

Ross holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
