LodgeWorks Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Roy Baker is responsible for the overall financial administration of LodgeWorks, including all accounting and tax activities.Before joining LodgeWorks, Roy was Senior Vice President of the Summerfield Hotel Corporation, and Senior Vice President Finance for The Residence Inn Company. He previously worked in the public accounting firm of Arthur Young and Company, and in the tax department of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Company. Roy has more than 12 years of public accounting and 25 years of private accounting experience. Roy is experienced in the financial and tax aspects of small and large corporations, partnerships, and individuals in diverse fields, including real estate. He is a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, with a bachelor's degree in accounting and also holds C.P.A. designation. |
