Mr. Haley has been Chief Executive Officer of the Company since February 1994, and Chairman of the Board since 1998. From 1988 to 1993, Mr. Haley was an executive at American General Corporation, a diversified financial services company, where he served as Chief Operating Officer, as President and as a director. Mr. Haley is also a director of United Stationers, Inc. and Cambrex Corporation, and is Chairman of the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Pittsburgh Branch.
