Ruby joined Crest over twenty years ago bringing her wide ranging experience in information systems from Manila. She has developed long range MIS plans, designed, programmed, and implemented business applications. Ruby knows several computer languages as well as "real" languages (English, Chinese Fookienese, Chinese Mandarin, Tagalog as well as a little Spanish). She is the 5th of ten kids. Her parents were born in China, but home to her is the South Bay area where she has resided since she came to the USA. Ruby is married to Douglas Soden II, a chemist working for a large aerospace corporation. Both of them are active in volunteer work at their church. They love to visit family and friends all over the world as well as simply taking hikes along mountain trails or around the beach areas.Her fondest memories of working at Crest are the old enduring values that the Crest old-timers still hold. |
