He has also served as Vice President for Ethics for the Vancouver board of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization, and in 2005, 2006 and 2007 was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, winning for the Pacific Northwest Region in 2007.
