Mr. Marlowe has over 30 years experience in risk and claims management primarily focused in the energy business and most recently as Chief Operating Officer of sEnergy Insurance Ltd in Bermuda He has extensive experience in insurance program design, structuring and placement in the world markets. As the risk management officer for several Fortune 100 energy companies, he has successfully managed pollution, third party, property damage, business interruption, marine and political risk claims. He is well versed in analysis of merger and acquisition risks and the development of insurance programs to minimize the assumed risk.

Prior to joining The Claro Group, Rudd was Senior Vice President & COO of sEnergy Insurance Ltd, a member of the OIL Group of Companies, which is an energy industry mutual insurer writing business interruption and excess property damage coverage. Rudd has served as Chairman of OIL Insurance Limited and Oil Casualty Insurance Limited and currently is a member of the National Insurance Committee for the Boy Scouts of America. Prior to sEnergy, Rudd was Vice-President, Business Risk Management with Valero after their acquisition of Ultramar Diamond Shamrock were he was Vice President, Risk Management, EH&S.

Rudd has a BBA from The University of Texas, Associate in Risk Management (Insurance Institute of America) and is both a licensed Risk Manager and All Lines Adjuster in the State of Texas.
