Miller is an experienced business executive with many years in corporate leadership and business management. Whelan has 30 years of experience in public safety and is an expert on Resource Accountability in field operations and NIMS compliance. The two partners have a singular goal: helping emergency response personnel to be safe and effective in their jobs, while serving the needs of emergency victims, volunteers, and evacuees.
