Russ Naylor, Senior Executive Recruiter, has spent his entire career in the energy industry, and has exposure to energy trading, power production and international project development. He brings more than 15 years of management and energy experience in accounting, finance, and business development to Manhattan Resources.

Russ joined Manhattan Resources in 2001, and has been extraordinarily effective in finding, attracting, and placing outstanding candidates with his grateful clients.

Beginning his professional experience with two years in public accounting, Russ joined Illinova and served as the Investment Relations Director and Division Controller for their IPP business. Russ was also engaged as Business Developer for their Latin American projects. After the merger of Dynegy and Illinova, Russ was retained as the controller for the power division. Russ has a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and an MBA - (Finance). He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
