Russell B. Weekes, VP of Operations A Utah native who has served on the Board of Directors since he joined eDoc in 2002 as the Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Weekes is responsible for the day-to-day operational activities and standards in addition to overseeing client services, implementations, QA, documentation, systems administration, facilities, is a member of the Executive Cabinet and also serves as corporate legal counsel. Russ has over 11 years of management in the technology sector. He has a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the Univ. of Oregon and a BA in Political Science from the University of Utah. He is also fluent in German and Swiss. |
