Russell C. Lindner has served as a director of FBR since March 31, 2003. Previously he served as a Director of FBR Asset Investment Corporation from May 1999 until its merger with FBR. He is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Forge Company, the parent company of Colonial Parking, Inc., and Bear Saint Properties, Inc., a real estate investment advisory firm. He has served as Chairman of the Forge Company since January 1, 1994. Mr. Lindner is a director and member of the executive committee of the Federal City Council, a director of the Greater Washington Board of Trade, and is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Landon School. He also serves on the advisory board of SunTrust Bank (Metro DC). |
