Mr. Mix has served as a director of the Company since November 2003, has served as the Company�s Chief Executive Officer since April 16, 2004 and its President from April 16, 2004 to August 2, 2005. Mr. Mix is currently also a director of Prolific Publishing, Inc., a developer and publisher of computer software for the entertainment markets such as game consoles, gambling games and screensavers. Prior to that, Mr. Mix was Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and a director for Casino Data Systems, Inc. (CDS). He was a member of the executive management team which led CDS from its inception to more than 500 employees in four years, with business operations in more than 20 jurisdictions and offices in four states. He served as General Counsel to CDS and was instrumental in taking CDS public in April 1993. Mr. Mix was also President of CDS Gaming, a subsidiary of CDS, which launched the second multi-site progressive slot gaming system into United States gaming markets in Mississippi and Nevada, as the first competitor to IGT. He also led corporate and banking teams in two subsequent offerings (February 1994 and March 1996) which cumulatively raised in excess of $90 million for CDS. Mr. Mix has a J.D. degree from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, and is currently licensed to practice law in Nevada. While in private practice, Mr. Mix concentrated his legal practice in gaming and corporate law. |
