Hartsfield brings more than 20 years of business banking experience to his position as executive vice president of corporate banking.
He was named to his current title in January 2007. In his role, he works daily with executives and entrepreneurs from a variety of industries and geographies. His responsibilities include managing Corporate Banking, International, Leasing, Correspondent Banking, Dealer and Lender Finance groups within the Bank. Previously he was manager of Southwest Corporate Banking.
Hartsfield joined Texas Capital Bank in 1999 from Bank of America, where he was a manager in the Dallas Commercial Banking Group. Before that, he was with Texas Commerce Bank, which is now part of J.P. Morgan Chase, as a senior lender in the middle market lending group.
Texas Tech University is where he earned his master�s of business administration degree, as well as his bachelor�s degree in finance and accounting.
Hartsfield is involved with the community in Plano and is active with Christ Episcopal Church, Plano Homeowners Association and the Plano YMCA.
