Tenure with Crosland: Since 1991 Professional Experience Russell has primary management responsibility for new land selection and acquisition for Crosland's Land Development Division. He also coordinates development and management of the company's neighborhoods through homeowner occupancy. Responsibilities include negotiating to acquire land and contracting with builders to sell developed lots, preparing feasibility studies, coordinating conceptual planning and obtaining rezoning, as well as managing entitlements and environmental approvals.
