Russell joined Jobster in March 2006, and has responsibility for design, development and delivery of Jobster products and services. Prior to Jobster, Russell had 13 years of experience developing and delivering productivity software and services at Microsoft in technical program management and group management. Significant projects at Microsoft include Microsoft Excel and opening Excel up for external extensibility with Visual Basic for Applications; FrontPage, an acquisition that was Microsoft�s first foray into web authoring technologies; founding and delivering two iterations of the Windows SharePoint Services web collaboration platform; delivering high-scale realtime web services through the strategic acquisition and integration of Microsoft Live Meeting web conferencing product, and finally as Group Director of lightweight communication and realtime audio and data collaboration online services. Russell did undergraduate classwork in CS and Science, Technology and Society at MIT. |
