Ms. Ragusa is responsible for developing the strategies and best practices that enhance and maintain the quality of care and services provided by the Hospital. She oversees performance improvement, risk management, regulatory affairs, patient satisfaction, patient safety and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospital Organizations (JCAHO). Ms. Ragusa is also responsible for a number of clinical services/areas such as Medical Staff Affairs, Pharmacy, Respiratory, Social Work, Performance Improvement and Case Management. |
