Mr. Linder joined the firm as an associate in 2000, and has been a partner since 2007. He concentrates his practice on construction litigation and general insurance defense, as well as insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Linder has represented numerous general contractors, subcontractors and developers in Arizona courts and before the Registrar of Contractors. He also provides general counsel to his construction clients in matters relating to liens, construction contract issues, payment disputes, arbitration and mediation proceedings, and insurance issues. Mr. Linder has published several articles on these topics, and has frequently spoken to various contractor and insurance groups on these topics as well. Mr. Linder is admitted to practice in Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court, District of Arizona. He received his J.D. from Arizona State University College of Law in 1999 and his B.S. in business management from Arizona State University in 1996.
