Ryan O'Toole is a Senior Vice President in the Los Angeles office at Jefferies Quarterdeck, the Aerospace & Defense Investment Banking Group at Jefferies. During his seven-year tenure with the firm, Mr. O'Toole has been integrally involved in prime contractor divestitures including multiple assignments with Boeing and Northrop Grumman, as well as numerous successful assignments involving privately-held businesses. Overall, his industry transaction experience spans commercial aerospace, defense electronics and government services sectors. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate at a small Southern California-based merchant bank. Mr. O'Toole played professional baseball for the Cincinnati Reds and earned a BA in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles. |
