Ryan focuses his practice on securities and capital markets and general corporate law matters. He has represented both publicly-traded and privately-held companies in a range of transactions, including public offerings and asset purchases and sales. A significant portion of Ryan�s practice includes representing issuers and underwriters in public and private equity and debt offerings. In addition, Ryan counsels public companies on corporate governance and compliance issues related to SEC, NYSE and NASDAQ rules and regulations and advises corporate clients regarding mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Ryan is a member of the Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, as well as an active member of Junior Achievement of Cleveland. Prior to joining Calfee, Ryan was an associate in the corporate and securities groups at Kohrman Jackson & Krantz PLL. Ryan previously developed a diverse litigation background as an associate with Zashin & Rich Co., L.P.A. Ryan joined Calfee in 2007. |
