His IP practice encompasses trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, computer law, cyberspace law, license agreements, trade secrets, copyright registration, and state, federal (Patent and Trademark Office) and foreign trademark registration; providing strategic counseling, conducting clearance searches and assisting with selection of marks, and preparing availability and infringement opinions; preparing licensing and other IP agreements; and prosecuting and defending trademark oppositions and infringement actions before the USPTO�s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in state and federal courts.
