A Florida leasing expert, Ryan Joyce joined North American Properties in 2005. As director of leasing, Joyce brings market knowledge and leasing know-how to the Fort Myers team. He is responsible for the management of all leasing efforts in new and existing Publix-anchored neighborhood centers and is involved in all aspects of leasing for larger regional centers. Joyce�s cross-sector leasing expertise and solid relationships with regional brokers and retailers adds significant depth to the Fort Myers development team. Prior to joining North American, Joyce served as retail specialist for Colliers Arnold where he was responsible for the leasing maintenance of one million square feet of retail space in southwest Florida. He earned a bachelor�s degree in business management from the University of Florida. |
