As an Investment Services Associate, Ryan�s primary responsibilities include market research, underwriting complex transactions, performing due diligence on properties and portfolios, marketing sale properties, and facilitating the sale process through close. Before joining NorthMarq Investment Services� predecessor, United Properties, Ryan worked for Integra Realty Resources, a national commercial real estate valuation company in New York. Prior to Integra Realty Resources, he was a Business Transformation Project Manager for Ameriprise in Minneapolis. Ryan graduated from Babson College in Wellesley, MA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurial Studies and Finance. He earned his master�s of business administration from Harvard Business School in Boston. Ryan is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). |
