Ryan McClean is Regional Director for First Industrial Realty Trust�s Southern California region, where he oversees acquisitions, development, build-to-suits, asset management and lease negotiations for the Company�s Los Angeles and San Diego portfolios. Previously, Mr. McClean was Senior Investment Analyst for the Company�s West Coast region, where he oversaw acquisitions and dispositions for First Industrial�s Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; and Portland, OR markets. In this role, Mr. McClean was integral in expanding the Company�s presence from its Midwest origins to a coast-to-coast provider of industrial real estate solutions, including establishing First Industrial�s Los Angeles office and acquiring a 1.2 million square foot portfolio of properties in Southern California. Mr. McClean joined First Industrial in 1996 as an analyst for the Company�s new market investment team.
Professional affiliations include the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Urban Land Institute. Mr. McClean holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. |
