Ryan Montgomery, Vice President of Sales. As the son of Rel�v Founders Robert and Sandy Montgomery, Ryan Montgomery literally grew up with Rel�v. During the company�s early days, he and his brother, Scott, spent summers working in the shipping department, attended conferences and listened as his parents planned strategy around the kitchen table. Ryan joined Rel�v as corporate counsel in 1999, where, among other accomplishments, he established and ran the Compliance Department. In mid-2004, he was promoted to his current position in the Sales Department. Ryan�s focus for the future of Rel�v is to continue the company�s international expansion into key direct sales markets, while providing ongoing support to Rel�v�s rapidly growing Distributor force.
