Mr. Salvatore C. Scuderi (B.S., J.D), President, has over twenty years of experience in all aspects of program management, financial forecasting and planning, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations and strategic planning. He has spent the last several years as a consultant for mergers and acquisitions, turnaround management, financial restructuring and business planning. In addition, Sal has experience in both manufacturing and engineering management. He worked closely with Carmelo Scuderi in the analysis of vector forces relative to the cylinder-offset feature of the split-cycle engine design, and Sal is also the inventor of a patent-pending dwell feature for the split-cycle engine.
