Sam Ishizaka is responsible for the manufacturing, warehouse and quality functions of Micro Power. He is ultimately responsible for ensuring that Micro Power systems and products are adequate and consistent with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, medical device regulations and directives. Mr. Ishizaka has also served as Micro Power�s engineering manager and business development manager. Before joining Micro Power, he was team leader for the Toyota team and principal engineer for the Suzuki team at Warn Industries, the world's most recognized brand in off-road products such as hub locks and vehicle recovery winches. Mr. Ishizaka also held multiple engineering positions IMMP, Blount Inc. from facility construction through process engineering. IMMP was founded in 1990 as a spin-off of Oregon Cutting Systems. He was a manufacturing engineer for OECO, a custom provider of electro-magnetic devices and power conversion products for defense electronics, commercial aerospace and medical sectors. Mr. Ishizaka earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology. |
