Samantha provides legal counsel to investment brokerage firms and their representatives as well as businesses engaged in other professional services. Prior to joining the firm and the Professional Liability Practice Group in 2007, Samantha's prior experience included representing claimants and employers in workers' compensation litigation. She has also served as legal counsel to financial institutions and has handled a variety of matters including commercial litigation, domestic relations disputes, and all manner of administrative proceedings.
In 1998 Samantha graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo where she obtained a Bachelors of Arts Degree in English. She then completed her Juris Doctorate at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2004. While attending law school, Samantha was a teaching fellow and research assistant. |
