Sameh Yamany is the Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Yamany began his career as a leading member of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Distributed Software Technology group at IBM and ASDA research centers in Cairo, Egypt. Formerly a senior researcher at the Computer Vision Institute, University of Louisville-Kentucky, and Professor of Computer Science at Old Dominion University (Virginia), Dr. Yamany has introduced innovations in parallel and distributed computing, wireless communications, AI, and pattern recognition. Dr. Yamany served as Chief Strategic Advisor for Language Computer Corporation, a Texas company specializing in AI solutions for the Internet community. Dr. Yamany�s technical expertise was instrumental to Trendium�s introduction of the service intelligence paradigm and related OSS/BSS breakthroughs. Dr. Yamany holds patents in AI and pattern recognition, has authored numerous journal and conference publications, and has co-authored several books on engineering and computing. He served as scientific advisor and reviewer for several National Science Foundation programs and is a regular reviewer for IEEE scientific journals. Dr. Yamany formerly participated as chair for the World Multi-Conference on Systems, Cybernetics and Informatics, and serves on the Advisory Board of the School of Engineering, University of Miami. Dr. Yamany holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Louisville and is a senior member of the IEEE and Phi Kappa Phi societies
