Samuel Lichtenfeld is a member at Shaw Gussis Fishman Glantz Wolfson & Towbin LLC concentrating in commercial real estate finance and development. His experience includes acquisitions, dispositions and financing for various developments, from multi-unit residential complexes to office parks and shopping centers as well as all aspects of condominium conversions.
Mr. Lichtenfeld has significant experience representing lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate financing. Among his more significant projects are the senior and mezzanine financing of a student housing project in New Jersey, the financing of a multi-site, multi-state industrial portfolio financing numerous syndicated tenant-in-common transactions nationwide, and the senior and mezzanine financing of an acquisition of property on Manhattan's Upper East Side where the collateral included tax credits and air development rights for the construction of a high-rise multi-use building.
