Mr. Scott served as president and chief operating officer of the Company since 1997. Prior thereto, he was president of CPC International Inc.�s Bestfoods division worldwide corn refining business from 1995 to 1997 and president of its North American corn refining business from 1989 to 1997. He was elected a vice president of CPC International Inc. in 1991. He is also a director of Motorola, Inc., the Bank of New York, ACCION International, INROADS Chicago, the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and the Economic Club of Chicago and is a trustee of the Conference Board. He is the Chairman of the compensation and leadership committee of Motorola, Inc.�s board of directors.
