Samuel E. Uhl is the President and Chief Executive Officer of First Harrison and Chief Operating Officer of First Capital. Mr. Uhl has served as President of First Harrison since 1996. Upon completion of the merger of First Federal and Harrison County Bank, Mr. Uhl added the title of Chief Executive Officer of First Harrison Bank. |
