Samuel L. Kaplan is a partner and founding member of the law firm of Kaplan, Strangis and Kaplan, P.A., Minneapolis, Minnesota, and has served as the firm�s president continuously since the firm was founded in 1978.
Kaplan holds bachelor's of business administration degree in accounting and a law degree from the University of Minnesota.
