Samuel R. Grego is a principal of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Contracts/Collection, and Commercial Transactions and serves as Chair of the firm�s Creditors� Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group. Mr. Grego is a member of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, as well as other bankruptcy courts in the region. He is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and serves as Vice President of the Pittsburgh Chapter of Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Grego graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 1978 with a B.S. in Social Science and Administration and Management Science. He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1981. Mr. Grego is a frequent lecturer on and has written materials for seminars and other publications on creditors� rights in bankruptcy and the Uniform Commercial Code. In addition, Mr. Grego is active in Carnegie Mellon University alumni activities and in the programs of Neighborhood Legal Services. He also serves as a legal advisor to homeowners� associations and school organizations in the Fox Chapel, Pennsylvania area. Mr. Grego currently serves on the Indiana Township Zoning Hearing Board. |
