Sam is a commercial litigator, who practices in the areas of business dispute resolution (including litigation, mediation and arbitration), as well as credit union law. He also represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. His focus is on commercial contracts, business associations, and intellectual property. His clients range from publicly held companies and credit unions to partnerships, closely held corporations and individuals. He was a prosecutor in the U. S. Army J.A.G.C. from 1969-1973.
Sam received his B.A., with honors, from Harvard University. He received his J.D. from Duke University. He is a certified mediator and a member of the Commercial Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association. He also serves as General Counsel to the Firm. |
