Sandy Boyce is a search consultant with Pearson Partners International. Mr. Boyce has been instrumental in search work across many industries and disciplines for the firm including CFO, CEO, COO and Director level searches. Mr. Boyce also manages all research, candidate development and engagement support services for the firm.

Prior to joining Pearson Partners International, Mr. Boyce founded and ran Lax World Ohio, a lacrosse sporting goods retailer, where he was responsible for all sales, marketing and recruiting functions. Mr. Boyce earned a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
