Sandor Grosz, age 51, has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since October 2004. Mr. Grosz joined the Company in March 1997 as International Controller and was promoted to the role of Corporate Controller in December 1997. From 1988 to 1997, he was Vice President of Finance for Management Consulting Group PLC, an international consulting firm. His prior experience includes public accounting and litigation support consulting, most recently as a Senior Audit Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick. He is a Certified Public Accountant. |
