Sandra A. Muhlenbeck is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Chicago office. She is a member of the Firm�s Antitrust and Competition Practice Group, where she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and dealer/distributor and franchise relations. She also regularly advises clients on a wide range of antitrust-related issues.
Sandra has extensive experience in the alcohol beverage industry, where she counsels suppliers on regulatory, distribution and competition matters. She has successfully represented clients in proceedings involving wrongful termination and unfair trade practices claims.
Prior to joining McDermott, Sandra spent two years as an associate in another large Chicago law firm and was a law clerk for the Honorable Eugene H. Nickerson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. While in law school, Sandra served as an editor of the Columbia Law Review.
Sandra is admitted to practice in Illinois and New York, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Eighth Circuits.
