Van Trease provides strategic leadership and direction to a select group of BJC's affiliated community and rural hospitals: Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital, Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital, Boone Hospital Center, Christian Hospital, Missouri Baptist Medical Center, Missouri Baptist Hospital-Sullivan, Parkland Health Center and Progress West HealthCare Center (under construction) in Missouri; and Alton Memorial Hospital and Clay County Hospital in Illinois. She is responsible for overall business and growth strategies to ensure outstanding clinical quality, operating efficiencies and financial stability.
Van Trease is an active member of the St. Louis community and serves on civic and corporate boards, including Peabody Energy, Enterprise Financial Services Corporation, St. Louis Regional Business Council, Missouri Historical Society, Saint Louis Symphony, Forest Park Forever, Fair St. Louis and Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation. |
