Description of Practice:
Sandra Jacobson is a partner in the firm's Orange County office. Her practice involves all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, developments and leasing of office, industrial, residential and retail properties. In particular, Ms. Jacobson has extensive experience in representing both landlords/developers and tenants in retail centers. Ms. Jacobson represents a wide range of clients, including institutional developers, residential developers, landlords, tenants and other local and state real estate companies.
She is a member of the American Bar Association, the California Bar Association (and the Real Property Law subsection of the State Bar) and the Orange County Bar Association.
Educational History:
Ms. Jacobson received her B.A. in political science from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1992 and obtained her law degree from Loyola Law School in 1995. |
