Sandra E. Laney serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cadre. She joined the Chemed Corporation in 1974 where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Ms. Laney is a member of the Board of Advisors of the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing and the Lower Price Hill Community School. She also serves on the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra Board of Overseers and the Board of Trustees of the Cincinnati Community Land Cooperative. She is also a member of the Board of Executive Advisors to the Xavier Universities Williams College of Business. In 2007, she was appointed to the Indiana University Foundation Board and the Board of Visitors, for Indiana University's, School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Mrs. Laney graduated cum laude from Thomas Moore College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. For the past 29 years she has served in various capacities in the building of Chemed Corporation and Omnicare, Inc., whose combined stock market value is approximately $6 billion. |
