Sandra Caffo has over 25 years experience working with systems in family and organization.. She began her career in the employee assistance field in 1986 and has provided direct counseling and consultation services and has directed clinical staff, sales, marketing and day-to-day-operations. Additionally, she worked with individuals, couples, and families as a private practitioner of marriage and family therapy using a systems perspective. Ms. Caffo has over 15 years experience in providing organization consultation and leadership development services. Areas of specialty include executive coaching, leadership team facilitation, and change management. Ms. Caffo received her undergraduate degree in social work at the University of Dayton and her MSW at Wayne State University. She holds two Pennsylvania licenses in clinical social work and marriage and family therapy. She received a post-masters certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Pittsburgh where she also taught for a number of years as an adjunct professor in the Graduate School of Social Work. She taught undergraduate social work full-time at the University of Toledo as well. She draws on her clinical, organization consultation, and teaching skills in managing EAP operations and interactions with business customers. |
